Exchange Policy
We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds; we only provide exchanges for specific cases.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exchanges are only accepted if:

The product is damaged upon arrival.

The product is incomplete (missing parts).

The wrong item was sent.
How to Start an Exchange
To start an exchange, you must contact us at musabbin73@gmail.com.
If your exchange request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. The exchange process time takes approximately 7 days once the item is received and inspected.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at musabbin73@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Exchangeable Items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, such as perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept exchanges for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Please note that we do not offer monetary refunds. Our policy is strictly limited to exchanging qualifying items for the same product or a correct version of the item ordered.
